Day of the 28 year olds

Saturday day out with Miriam, Joe and Alice. We took the Subway to Brooklyn to go to Fort Greene Flea Market. Outside the market was parked a van with letterpress inside. It's owned by Kyle Durrie, a letterpress printer from Portland, Oregon. She bought a 1982 Chevy step van and converted it into a fully functional letterpress print shop and is now traveling around the US teaching printing and selling her work. We each had a go printing as she told us about her travels. http://type-truck.com/

The City Reliquary, Williamsburg. A mini museum of antiques organised in a very pleasing way.

Miz likes this coat so she tries it on. It doesn't fit.

Lunch number two, meatballs at The Meatball Shop on Stanton Street. So very delicious.

Boat from Williamsburg to Dumbo.

Dumbo and walk back to Manhattan over Brooklyn Bridge.
